医学生医患关系应变能力培养研究

摘　　要：医患关系产生发展于医疗活动中,是医者与患者间形成的多元关系,也是影响社会和谐稳定的重要因素之一。培养医学生的医患关系应变能力,有助于他们日后走上工作岗位能够更好地处理医患关系,促进社会医患关系和谐发展。为此,医学院校应加强医学生医患关系应变能力培养,从医学生医患关系认知教育、医学生职业道德素质培养、医患关系相关课程建设与实践教学建设等方面入手,建立健全医学生医患关系应变能力培养体系,培养更多医德高尚、技术高超、患者信赖、社会认可的复合型高素质医务工作者,为医患关系和谐发展做出应有的贡献。The doctor-patient relationship is formed and developed in medical activities,it is a pluralistic relationship between doctors and patients,and also an important factor affecting social harmony and stability.The cultivation of adaptability of doctor-patient relationship on medical student will help them better deal with doctor-patient relationship and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.Therefore,medical colleges should strengthen the medical students’doctor-patient relationship strain ability training about doctor-patient relationship cognitive education,how to cultivate medical students’professional ethics,and related courses construction and practice teaching and other aspects.The establishment and improvement of doctor-patient relationship and strain ability training system would help train more skilled complex high quality medical workers of noble medical ethics,,patient trustand social acceptance,and also make due contribution to the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
