摘　　要：异吲哚啉类化合物是一种具有各种生理和药理作用的化合物,本文在无溶剂和无催化剂的条件下合成了一系列异吲哚啉类化合物;以邻二氯苄和苯胺为反应模型,优化了无溶剂无催化条件下的反应时间和温度;在此基础上,以不同取代的取代胺和邻二氯苄合成了15个不同取代的异吲哚啉化合物,都取得了良好的收率;该方法操作简单,实用性强,具有工业化潜力.In this paper,a series of isoindoline compounds with various physiological and pharmacological effects,were synthesized in solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions;o-dichlorobenzyl and aniline were used as reaction models to optimize the reaction time and temperature in solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions;On this basis,15 different substituted isoindoline compounds were synthesized with different substituted amines and o-dichlorobenzyl,and good yields were obtained.The method is simple to operate,highly practical and has industrial potential.
