摘　　要：铝铁合金作为一种脱氧还原剂,在炼钢生产中是非常重要的生产辅料,铝铁连铸机是生产铝铁的重要设备。文章阐述了自行设计的一条铝铁连铸机,包括连铸机机体的设计、张紧机构、冷却系统以及振动脱模机构的布置情况。同时也阐述了该套设备在实践中的改进及应用。Aluminum iron alloy is a deoxidizing reducing agent.It is an important auxiliary material for production in steelmaking.Aluminum iron alloy conticaster is an important equipment for aluminum iron alloy production.The article expounds a self-designed aluminum iron alloy conticaster.It includes the design of conticaster and layout of tensioning gear,cooling system,vibration demoulding device.The article also expounds the improvement and application of the equipment in practice.
