摘　　要：使用冷剪定尺分段代替锯切分段,已成为国内外特钢企业降本增效、提高产能的重要手段,而韶钢中棒冷剪存在剪切质量差、定尺精度差、生产效率低等问题,冷剪设备改造和剪切工艺研究势在必行。韶钢中棒产线通过简单的设备改造和现场剪切工艺实践,解决了冷剪对中孔型困难、剪切压弯、高温剪切定尺精度低、剪切支数过多造成冷剪本体受损等难题,大幅度提升了特钢棒材剪切质量和效率,对提高市场占有率和打响韶钢特钢品牌具有战略性意义。It has become an important means for special steel enterprises at home and abroad to reduce cost,increase efficiency and productivity by using a cold shear to cut the bar into size instead of using a saw.However,there are some problems in the cold shear for medium-size bar,such as poor cutting quality,poor length accuracy and low production efficiency,it is imperative to reform the cold cutting equipment and study the cutting process.Through simple equipment modification and on-site cutting process practice,the difficult issues of cold shear alignment with the pass,cutting bending,low precision of cut-to-size at high temperature and damage of cold shear body caused by cutting too much have been solved.The cutting quality and efficiency of special steel bars have been greatly improved,which is of strategic significance for increasing market share.
