摘　　要：针对韶钢特棒在线打包机效率低、成型效果差和故障率高等问题,提出增设打包机、改进成型器和打包机等措施,取得了改造成功。This article focused on the problems of the in-line banding machines of the Special Bar Plant of SGIS,such as low efficiency,poor bar bundle shape and high failure rate.The measures of adding banding machines,improving the shapers and banding machines were put forward which made the successful transformation.
