摘 要:介绍直接空冷机组三级梯级乏汽余热利用系统配置及其关键设备热压机构造及工作原理,分析影响热压机性能的关键因素。对某电厂330 MW燃煤直接空冷机组三级梯级乏汽余热利用系统进行正交试验,试验结果分析表明:热压机升压比对热压机引射比有较大影响,并且验证试验得出本次正交试验得出的最优方案与实际运行情况相符。最后,通过改变升压比对热压机引射比影响试验得出,升压比超出设计值范围时,无论低于下限或高于上限,热压机引射比均有较大幅度下降,热压机运行中升压比需严格控制在设计值范围内。This paper introduces the configuration of the three-stage cascade exhaust and waste heat utilization system of the direct air cooling unit.In particular,the component structure and working principle of its most critical equipment,i.e.,the thermocompressor,is elaborated and the key factors affecting the thermocompressor performance are analyzed.Then the orthogonal testing is carried out on the three-stage cascade exhaust and waste heat utilization system of a 330 MW coal-fired direct air cooling unit in a power plant.The analysis on the test results show that the boost ratio of the thermocompressor has significant influence on its ejection ratio.In addition,the verification test result indicates the consistency between the optimal scheme obtained from the orthogonal testing and the actual operation.At last,through the testing of effect of various boost ratio on the ejection ratio,it is concluded that whenever the boost ratio is outside of its designed range,either higher than the upper limit or lower than the lower limit,the ejection ratio will all drop down greatly.Therefore,the boost ratio should be strictly controlled within the designed range during practical operation.
