装配式混凝土结构预制楼板施工全过程计算分析

摘　　要：为确定装配式混凝土结构预制楼板在施工全过程中各个工况的吊点位置,根据现行规范合理进行荷载选取,通过分析选取合理简化计算简图,计算出不同板厚、不同混凝土强度、不同板底配筋下的吊点边距及间距。计算分析结果表明:当预制板采用两排吊点形式,脱模工况下,混凝土强度达到C20,两排吊点位置可设置为边距750 mm,间距不大于2500 mm;起吊工况下,两排吊点位置可设置为边距1000 mm,间距不大于3200 mm;运输与存放过程需考虑长期存放因素影响,垫木支点间距及边距需加密处理;现浇层施工过程,支撑边距为500 mm,两道支撑间距最大可为1800 mm。In order to determine the location of suspension point of prefabricated slab of assembled concrete structure in each working condition during the whole construction process,this paper conducts load selection rationally according to the current specifications,chooses reasonable simplified calculation sketch through analysis,and calculates the margin and spacing of suspension point under different slab thickness,different concrete strength and different reinforcement of slab bottom.The results of calculation and analysis show that when the prefabricated slab is in the form of two rows of suspension points,the concrete strength reaches C20,the location of two rows of suspension points can be set to the margin of 750 mm and the spacing of the two rows of suspension points is not more than 2500 mm,the distance of the two rows of suspension points can be set to 1000 mm and not more than 3200 mm under the lifting condition,the influence of long-term storage factors should be considered in the transportation and storage process,and the spacing and edge of theThe distance needs to be encrypted,during the construction of cast-in-place layer,the support margin is 500 mm,and the maximum distance between two supports is 1800 mm.
