摘  要:在实际工程中通常采用桁架梁代替实腹钢梁以减少钢材用量同时实现设备穿管而不影响建筑净高。有限元分析结果表明桁架梁及其等效钢梁在竖向设计荷载作用下,桁架梁上下弦杆翼缘应力与等效钢梁上下翼缘应力分布状态以及应力值基本一致[1],通过有限元软件分析了极限状态下二者的应力分布以及受力失效过程。同时利用ANSYS软件对桁架梁考虑平面外稳定的极限承载力进行了分析,分析结果表明对于桁架主梁和次梁,桁架梁面外变形和竖向位移间差异不同,同时桁架梁构件面外失稳对构件承载力的影响对于主梁和次梁也显著不同。In the practical engineering,trussed beam is often used to reduce the consumption of steel,realizing the layout of pipelines and ensuring the free height of architectures at the same time.The results of finite element analysis indicate that the stress state of trussed beam and equivalent beam is almost the same[1],the stress state and failure progress of both in the ultimate state is analyzed using ANSYS,which is also used to analyze the ultimate bearing capacity of trussed beam considering the out-of-plane stability.The analysis results show that the differences between the out-of-plane deformation and the vertical displacements are different for the main beam and the secondary beam,the out-of-plane buckling has different influences on the carrying capacity of elements for the main beam and the secondary beam.
