摘  要:中医实训住院综合楼项目所用复杂地质环境下深基坑组合支护施工技术在周边建筑物密集、基坑形状复杂,侧壁拐角多的深基坑具有相当大的优势,且施工中只有少量土方外运,不扰动邻近土体,不会产生邻近地面沉降、建(构)筑倾斜情况,对环境污染小。通过复杂地质环境深基坑应力应变监测与BIM技术相结合、复杂地质环境下拐角特殊节点处理、狭小区域SMW工法施工冷缝处理、钢支撑应力缓冲冠梁后换砂软处理技术的研究应用,确保基坑及周边建筑的安全,同时社会效益和经济效益明显,具有推广价值。Practice of traditional Chinese medicine hospital complex building project under complicated geological environment in deep foundation pit bracing construction technology surrounding buildings dense and complex foundation pit shape,wall corner of deep foundation pit has a considerable advantage,and is only a small amount of earthwork sinotrans construction,not soils nearby,won’t produce ground subsidence,neighboring,tilt,small pollution to the environment.By complex geological environment stress strain monitoring of deep foundation pit with BIM technology,special corner nodes under the complex geological environment treatment,narrow regional SMW construction cold joint,steel support stress buffer after crown beam in sand soft processing technology research and application,to ensure the safety of foundation pit and surrounding buildings,social benefit and economic benefit is obvious at the same time,the value for popularization.
