摘　　要：金融在农村精准扶贫中起着决定性的作用,相关金融机构提供政策倾斜国家财政政策和金融政策之间建立行之有效的沟通桥梁,解决农户商贩的后顾之忧,为他们提供有效担保,解决担保难得问题;在农村地区加强金融知识宣传讲解,必要时可以建立培训机构;从而形成一个长期的可持续发展的良性道路,为国家的和谐社会做出贡献。Finance plays a decisive role in targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas.Relevant financial institutions provide preferential policies,establish an effective communication bridge between national financial policies and financial policies,solve the worries of farmers and vendors,provide effective guarantee for them,and solve the rare problem of guarantee.The propaganda and explanation of financial knowledge in rural areas are strengthened,and training machines are established when necessary,so as to form a long-term sustainable development road and contribute to the harmonious society of our country.
