摘  要:针对P22钢的焊接特点和施工情况,通过选择合适的焊接方法,固定焊口采用GTAW+SMAW的焊接方法,预制焊口采用GMAW自动焊;选择成分、力学性能与母材接近的焊材,制定合理的焊接及热处理工艺;加强焊工管理严格控制焊接过程工艺执行情况,避免了P22材质管道焊接中冷裂纹、再热裂纹缺陷产生。In view of the welding characteristics and construction conditions of P22 steel,by selecting the appropriate welding method,the fixed welding joint adopts the welding method of GTAW+SMAW,and the prefabricated welding joint adopts GMAW automatic welding.The welding material whose composition is chosen and mechanical properties are close to the base metal.The reasonable welding and heat treatment processes are formulated to strengthen welder management and strictly control the implementation of the welding process,avoiding cold cracks and reheat cracks in the P22 material pipeline welding.
