摘　　要：香蕉是全球出口最多的新鲜水果,约占新鲜水果世界贸易的40%,有1000多个品种。世界香蕉产量从1961年的2100万吨,增加到2002年的6900万吨,再增加到2018年的1.16亿吨。香蕉主产国集中在亚洲、拉丁美洲和非洲。拉丁美洲和加勒比海地区是最大的香蕉出口地区,占世界出口量的80%;厄瓜多尔过去几十年一直是最大的出口国,年出口量500万~600万吨。亚洲是第二大香蕉出口供应商,菲律宾是主要出口国。欧盟和美国分别占2019年全球进口总额的32%和26%。俄罗斯、中国和日本也是重要的进口国。香蕉生产及消费面临诸多挑战,但总体呈适度增长趋势。预计2019—2028年全球香蕉产量每年将以1.5%的速度增长,2028年达到1.35亿吨。With more than 1000 varieties,bananas are the world's most exported fresh fruit,accounting for about 40%of the world trade in fresh fruits.The world's bananas production increased from 21 million tons in 1961 to 69 million tons in 2002,and then to 116 million tons in 2018.The main banana producing countries are concentrated in Asia,Latin America and Africa.Latin America and the Caribbean are the largest banana export regions,accounting for 80%of world exports.Ecuador has been the world's largest exporter of bananas in the past few decades,with an annual export of 5 to 6 million tons.Asia is the second largest bananas exporter of bananas,and the main exporter in Asia is the Philippines.The European Union and the United States accounted for 32%and 26%of total global banana imports in 2019,respectively.The Russian Federation,China and Japan are also important importers.Banana production and consumption are facing many challenges,but the overall growth trend is moderate.It is estimated that in the next 10 years(2019-2028)global banana production will grow at a rate of 1.5%per year.By 2028,global banana production will reach 135 million tons.
