摘 要:为改善高比转速离心风机的气动和声学性能,以空气净化器中的离心风机为研究对象,结合数值计算和试验研究了不同叶片数对离心风机性能和噪声的影响,并分析叶片数对离心通风机性能和噪声影响的机理。研究结果表明,增加叶片数可以改善风机的气动性能,并降低整机的噪声,当叶片数为11时,风机在全压和效率方面都优于原机(7叶片),分别提高了13.3%和2.5%,并且整机噪声声功率降低0.8 dB(A)。本研究可以为高比转速离心风机的设计和改进提供参考。The centrifugal fans in air purifiers were taken as the main research object to improve the aerodynamic and acoustic performance of high specific speed centrifugal fans.The effects of different blade numbers and the mechanism of the influence of blade number on the performance and noise of centrifugal fans were analyzed in combination with numerical calculations and experiments.The research results show that increasing the number of blades could improve the aerodynamic performance of the fan and reduce the noise of the whole fan.When the number of blades was 11,the fan was superior to the original fan(The number of blades was 7)in terms of total pressure and efficiency,which were increased by 13.3%and 2.5%,respectively,and the noise sound power of the whole fan was reduced by 0.8 dB(A).This study can provide a reference for the design and improvement of high specific speed centrifugal fans.
