摘 要:空压机是各类工厂的常见高能耗设备,多台螺杆式空压机并联系统是目前在电力、汽车等行业最常用的空压机系统。研究该类系统的稳定运行与节能降耗很有必要。本文通过对某电厂典型性的螺杆式空压机并联系统进行分析,对系统节能降耗潜力进行了数据评估,并提出了通过空压机及后处理系统升级、联锁控制系统升级实现系统改进的方案。结果显示在实践中该系统最终有效实现了40%以上的节能改造效果。Air compressor is a piece of common high energy consumption equipment in factories and the parallel system of screw air compressors is the most commonly used air compressor system in electric power,automobile and other industries.It is a significant direction to study the stable operation and energy saving of this kind of system.The energy saving potential of the system is evaluated based on data through the analysis of a typical screw air compressor parallel system of a power plant.Also,the application scheme to achieve improvement of the system is proposed through the upgrading of air compressor,aftertreatment system and interlock control system.The results show that,in practice,the system can effectively achieve more than 40%of energysaving effect.
