摘  要:为分析煤样的自燃发生发展过程以及实验煤样的自燃机理,从不同自燃倾向性煤样的氧化机理入手,选取具有不同自燃倾向性的阜生、五阳煤样进行实验,通过热重实验对比分析不同自燃倾向性煤样的特征温度、热失重速率及阶段质量变化率参数,并结合红外光谱实验对低温氧化过程中主要官能团的分布特征及随温度的变化规律进行对比分析。结果表明:不同自燃倾向性煤样的煤氧反应差别主要体现在热重实验的T2~T3和T4~T5两个阶段;硫对煤氧反应的影响主要体现为常温下发生氧化释放热,促进小分子化合物的氧化裂解,进而引发自燃;煤自燃特性与原始煤样中官能团的分布特征关系较小,主要由煤分子结构中的侧链体系(桥键、侧链基团及活性官能团)所决定,侧链体系作为直接与芳环骨架连接的煤分子结构,本身具有较高的化学活性,在氧化分解的过程中降低了煤分子结构的稳定性。In order to analyze the spontaneous combustion process of coal samples and the spontaneous combustion mechanism of experiment coal samples,the oxidation mechanism of different spontaneous combustion tendency coal samples was studied.The coal samples from Fusheng and Wuyang were selected for experiments.Both of which were with different spontaneous combustion tendencies.The parameters of characteristic temperature,thermal weight loss rate and stage quality change rate with different spontaneous combustion tendency coal samples were compared and analyzed by thermogravimetric experiments.The distribution characteristics and the law of change with temperature of main functional groups in low temperature oxidation were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the difference of coal-oxygen reaction of coal samples with different spontaneous combustion tendency is mainly reflected in the two stages of T2~T3 and T4~T5.The influence of sulfur on coal-oxygen reaction mainly reflects that the heat oxidation reaction released at room temperature promotes the cracking of small molecular compounds,and then triggering spontaneous combustion.The coal spontaneous combustion characteristics has relatively small relationship with the distribution characteristics of functional groups in raw sample,mainly determined by the side chain system(bridge bond,side chain group and active functional group)in the coal molecular structure,the side chain system directly connected to the aromatic ring skeleton has high chemical activity and reduces the stability of the coal molecular structure during the oxidative decomposition process.
