摘　　要：商业道德至今没有确切定义,分歧主要是在商业道德概念主体的认知上。综合大量资料并进行相关研究,重新定义商业道德概念,并从商业道德特征及商业道德规范两个方面对商业道德含义进行了深入阐释,对构建新时代商业文明和约束商业道德行为,无论从理论到实践都有深远的现实意义。There is no definite definition of business ethics so far.The main difference lies in the cognition of the subject of the concept of business ethics.Based on a large number of materials and related research,this paper redefines the concept of business ethics,and explains the meaning of business ethics from two aspects:the characteristics of business ethics and the norms of business ethics.It is of far-reaching practical significance to build a new era of commercial civilization and restrain business moral behavior,both in theory and in practice.
