新儒商精神培养的探索--以F财经大学为例

摘　　要：新儒商将儒家思想运用到商业经营之中,形成了内涵丰富的新儒商精神。当今中国社会进入了新常态,而严重的伦理道德危机破坏正常的社会秩序,影响经济的健康发展。新儒商精神有助于塑造企业家精神、缓解商业道德危机、造就新儒商人才,实现经济高质量发展。培养新儒商精神成为十分迫切的时代诉求,为此应当实施新儒商文化宣传教育、搭建新儒商通识教育平台、开展创业教育实践、编写特色教材、强化新儒商理论研究。The new Confucian merchants applied Confucianism to business operations,and formed the spirit of the new Confucian merchants with rich connotation.Nowadays,Chinese society has entered a new normal,and the serious ethical and moral crisis undermines the normal social order and affects the healthy development of the economy.The New Confucian merchant spirit is conducive to shaping entrepreneurship,alleviating business moral crises,creating new Confucian merchant talents and achieve high-quality economic development.Cultivating new Confucian merchant spirit has become an urgent appeal of the times.Therefore,it is necessary to implement the publicity and education of the new Confucian merchant culture,build a platform for the general education of the new Confucian merchant,carry out entrepreneurial education practices,write special teaching materials,and strengthen the theoretical research of the new Confucian merchant.
