摘  要:依托多种地层条件地下连续墙施工数据,对比分析了不同施工工艺、引孔机械与多种型号的双轮铣工法在花岗岩和砂岩地层中的成槽工效。分析表明:在花岗岩风化层中,双轮铣的成槽工效是传统成槽工艺的3倍以上;在引孔的条件下,双轮铣成槽工效得到了极大提升,设备检修次数与钻齿更换数目大幅降低;而配备了旋挖钻、潜孔钻、冲击钻和冲孔桩机等不同的引孔机械后,双轮铣的成槽工效存在差异;在泥质砂岩地层中,采用破岩能力强的双轮铣有助于提高成槽工效并降低双轮铣的机械损耗。Based on the construction data of diaphragm wall under various stratum conditions,the trenching efficiency of different construction technology,pilot hole machine and various types of double wheel milling method in granite and sandstone stratum are compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that:in granite weathering layer,the double wheel milling groove forming efficiency is more than three times of the traditional grooving technology;under the condition of pilot hole,the double wheel milling groove forming efficiency has been greatly improved,and the equipment maintenance times and the number of drill teeth replacement are greatly reduced.There are difference of the double wheel milling grooving efficiency after equipped with different hole leading machines such as rotary drilling machine,down-hole drill,impact drill and punching pile machine.In argillaceous sandstone formation,the use of double wheel milling with strong rock breaking ability is helpful to improve the groove forming efficiency and reduce the mechanical loss of double wheel milling.
