摘 要:传统电梯井结构施工大多是采用钢管扣件脚手架搭设支模平台,需在其上进行模板散拼作业,存在施工时间长,投入的人力、物力较大,结构成形质量较差等问题。为此,结合具体施工项目,提出一种电梯井整体提升式操作平台与筒模组合施工技术,可实现电梯井操作平台及模板定型化设计及施工,省去了繁琐的架体搭设步骤,安装简便,混凝土成形质量好,可重复使用,既减少了工作量又避免了常规脚手架的诸多隐患,安全系数高。该技术目前处于国内先进水平,适用于高层和超高层建筑电梯井模板施工,具有良好的应用前景。The traditional elevator shaft structure construction mostly uses steel pipe fastener scaffold to set up formwork platform,which needs to carry out formwork bulk assembly operation.There are problems such as long construction time,large input of manpower and material resources,poor quality of structure forming,etc.Therefore,combined with specific construction projects,this paper puts forward a combined construction technology of elevator shaft integral lifting operation platform and cylinder formwork,which can realize the standardized design and construction of elevator shaft operation platform and formwork,save the tedious scaffold erection steps,which is easy to install,has good quality of concrete formation and reusable,not only reduce the workload but also avoid many hidden dangers of conventional scaffold,with high safety coefficient.At present,the technology is at the advanced level in China,which is suitable for the construction of elevator shaft formwork in high-rise and super high-rise buildings,and has a good application prospect.
