摘　　要：以绿地中心·杭州之门项目为例,介绍了一种超高层建筑施工升降机停层转换施工技术。通过对施工升降机进行停层转换,使核心筒内结构施工具有较为完整的操作面,大大加快了施工进度,同时也降低了施工成本。该技术可以给类似项目提供参考。Taking the Greenland Center Hangzhou gate project as an example,this paper introduces a construction technology of elevator stopping and conversion for super high-rise buildings.Through the stopping and conversion of the construction elevator,the construction of the core tube structure has a relatively complete operation surface,which greatly speeds up the construction progress and reduces the construction cost.This technology can provide reference for similar projects.
