摘　　要：在工程实践中,有较多的车库屋面因基层开裂、局部损伤、后期卷材收缩老化及施工技术掌控不好等原因引起渗漏,防水设防整体失效的情况屡见不鲜。为此,摒弃传统常规做法,采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料及CKS高聚物防水卷材的复合防水系统,解决地下车库渗漏问题。介绍了该复合防水系统的施工流程和工艺要点。实践证明,非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料与CKS高聚物防水卷材复合防水系统可有效解决防水层开裂失效和窜水的技术难点,提升防水层的整体防水效果。In engineering practice,there are many garage roof leakage caused by base cracking,local damage,late shrinkage aging of coiled material and poor control of construction technology,and the overall failure of waterproof protection is common.Therefore,the traditional method is abandoned and the composite waterproof system of non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating and CKS polymer waterproof coiled material is adopted to solve the leakage problem of underground garage.The construction process and key points of the composite waterproof system are introduced.Practice has proved that the composite waterproofing system of non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating and CKS polymer waterproof coiled material can effectively solve the technical difficulties of cracking failure and water leakage of waterproof layer,and improve the overall waterproof effect of waterproof layer.
