摘 要:体外预应力技术是加固既有大跨度混凝土箱梁桥的一种有效方式,相比于其他加固手段,该加固技术可以对被加固构件起到一定程度的卸荷作用,并可以消除被加固构件的应力滞后效应,充分利用材料强度,因此在加固效果及经济性上具有比较明显的优势。以某大跨度预应力连续箱梁桥的维修加固工程为例,计算分析了增加体外预应力束在提高桥梁底板混凝土压应力储备、减小桥梁变形方面的作用。加固后的试验数据也验证了计算分析结果。The external prestressing technology is an effective way to strengthen the existing long-span concrete box-girder bridge.Compared with other reinforcement methods,the reinforcement technology can play a certain degree of unloading effect on the strengthened components,and can eliminate the stress lag effect of the reinforced components,and make full use of the material strength,so it has obvious advantages in reinforcement effect and economy.Taking a long-span prestressed continuous box-girder bridge as an example,this paper calculates and analyzes the effect of increasing external prestressing tendons on increasing the compressive stress reserve of the bottom concrete of the bridge and reducing the bridge deformation.The test data after reinforcement also verified the results of calculation and analysis.
