摘　　要：随着互联网平台的发展,平台企业社会责任缺失现象以及异化行为普遍发生,对社会发展造成负面影响,互联网平台企业在中国各地区的发展也因此受到影响。西藏地区是中国民族地区之一,文化资源丰富,物质资源却并不富足。因而,互联网平台企业在西藏地区发展更需要重视社会责任的履行。当前互联网平台企业在西藏地区发展存在双边用户难控制、资源难以有效对接,以及政府参与治理程度不高的问题。针对这些问题,政府在互联网平台企业治理过程中应积极参与主动治理,将事后治理转为事中治理、事前治理,做到把控企业社会责任的履行情况,监督并督促平台企业履行及披露其社会责任履行进程,切实地为当地社会全面发展做出贡献。With the development of Internet platforms,the phenomenon on lacking of corporate social responsibili⁃ty and alienation behaviors of platform enterprises are common to be seen,which has a negative impact on social development.The development of Internet platform enterprises in various regions of China have been influenced as well.The Tibet Autonomous Region is one of Chinese ethnic areas,where is rich in cultural resources but not in material resources.Therefore,the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility of Internet platform enterprises in the Tibet Autonomous Region should be paid more attention.Currently,the development of Internet platform enterprises in the Tibet Autonomous Region is facing with problems on difficulty on controlling two-sided mar⁃ket users,failing to connect resources effectively and low level of government's participation in platform gover⁃nance.In order to solve these problems,the government should actively participant in Internet platform gover⁃nance,switching post-governance to in-process governance and prior governance.The government needs to con⁃trol the implementation of corporate social responsibility,supervise and urge the implementation and disclosure of corporate social responsibility report to make sure the contribution to local society development from Internet platform enterprises.
