苏黄止咳胶囊治疗风咳的疗效与季节相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析季节因素与苏黄止咳胶囊治疗风咳疗效的关系。方法:选取2018年9月—2019年8月在我院呼吸内科门诊及急诊科就诊的咳嗽患者,辨证属于风咳,按照不同的就诊时间分为春季组、夏季组、秋季组和冬季组,随机抽取各15例治愈患者进行回顾性分析。结果:分层因素病程F=3.145,P=0.082,组别F=3.985,P=0.012。病程对咳嗽治愈时间无影响,春季组、冬季组的咳嗽治愈时间分别与夏季组、秋季组比较,P<0.05;春季组的咳嗽治愈时间与冬季组比较,P>0.05;夏季组的咳嗽治愈时间与秋季组比较,P>0.05。结论:不同季节可影响苏黄止咳胶囊治疗风咳的效果。春季组、冬季组疗效优于夏季组、秋季组(P<0.05);春季组和冬季组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),夏季组和秋季组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Objective:To analyze the relationship between seasonal factors and the therapeutic effect of Suhuang zhike capsule on wind cough.Methods:From September 2018 to August 2019,cough patients were selected from the outpatient department of respiratory medicine and emergency department of our hospital.According to the syndrome differentiation,cough patients belong to wind cough.According to the different treatment time,they were divided into spring group,summer group,autumn group and winter group.15 cured patients were randomly selected for retrospective analysis.Results:The course of disease F=3.145,P=0.082,group F=3.985,P=0.012.The course of disease had no effect on the cure time of cough.The cure time of cough in spring group and winter group was compared with that in summer group and autumn group respectively(P<0.05);the cure time of cough in spring group was compared with that in winter group(P>0.05);the cure time of cough in summer group was compared with that in autumn group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Different seasons can affect the effect of Suhuang zhike capsule on wind cough.The curative effect of spring group and winter group was better than that of summer group and autumn group(P<0.05);the curative effect of spring group and winter group was the same,and that of summer group and autumn group was the same(P>0.05).
