近年针灸治疗颈源性头痛取穴规律探析

摘　　要：目的:总结近年国内对于颈源性头痛的取穴规律。方法:在中国知网、维普网、万方数据库中,以针灸、针刺、灸、电针等分别与颈源性头痛两两组合,对2009年1月—2019年12月全部期刊文献、学位论文及会议论文进行检索。将符合标准的文献中的腧穴输入excel表格,统计腧穴、经脉及部位的频次。结果:检索出文献876篇,纳入文献45篇。腧穴总频次为352次,腧穴个数为59个。所用腧穴频次较高的是风池、天柱、百会、颈夹脊、合谷、完骨、风府等。使用频次较高的经脉为足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、督脉等。部位使用频次最高的是头颈部。结论:笔者推荐主穴选取风池、天柱、百会、颈夹脊、合谷,配穴根据病因病机随症加减,或根据六经辨证选穴。Objective:To summarize the acupoint selection rules of cervicogenic headache in China in recent years.Methods:From January 2009 to December 2019,all periodical literatures,academic dissertations and conference papers were searched by combining acupuncture,moxibustion and electroacupuncture with cervicogenic headache in cnki,vip and wanfang databases.The acupoints in the conforming literatureswere input into the excel sheet to count the frequency of the acupoints,meridians and parts.Results:876 references were retrieved and 45 were in cluded.The total frequency of acupoints was 352 times and the number of acupoints was 59.The higher frequency of acupoints used is the fengchi,tianzhu,baihui,jingjiaji,hegu,wangu,fengfu and so on.The frequently-used meridians are the footshaoyang-gallbladder meridians,the foot-taiyang-bladder meridians,and the du meridians.The most frequently used parts are the head and neck.Conclusion:The author recommends that the main acupoints should be selected as fengchi,tianzhu,baihui,jingjiaji and hegu,and the acupoints should be added or decreased according to the etiology and pathogenesis,or according to the syndrome differentiation of six meridians.
