摘 要:针对薄腹高筋壁板构件滚弯或压弯成形存在筋条失稳和开裂等成形难题,提出一种柔性多点模渐进压弯成形新工艺。研究了筋高比、相对弯曲半径和加载方式对柔性多点模渐进压弯成形过程的变形行为、应力应变和缺陷的影响。结果表明,该工艺与整体压弯相比,可使最大拉、压应力分别降低34.7%和37.2%,提高了带筋板条的变形稳定性。当最大筋高比为7.5、最小相对弯曲半径为150时,渐进加载方式成形件的最大等效应力为385.5 MPa,减小了3.65%,最大等效应变为2.8%,减小了14.3%,成形力29.9 kN,减小了7.7%,且相比于一次加载方式成形件的应力、应变分布更加均匀,显著提高了带筋板条的变形稳定性。A new forming technology of flexible multi-point mold progressive bending was proposed in view of the forming problem of instability and cracking component with thin thickness and high rib panel in roll-bending and compression-bending forming. The effects of height and thickness ratio,relative bending radius and loading mode on the deformation behavior,stress,strain and defects of flexible multi-point mold progressive bending were studied. The results show that the maximum tensile and compressive stress is decreased by34. 7% and 37. 2% respectively compared with integral bending,and the deformation stability of the stiffened panel is improved. When the maximum height and thickness ratio is 7. 5 and the minimum relative bending radius is 150,the maximum equivalent stress of the progressive loading forming part is 385. 5 MPa,decreased by 3. 65%,the maximum equivalent strain is 2. 8%,decreased by 14. 3%,and the forming force is 29. 9 k N,decreased by 7. 7%. In addition,the stress and strain distribution in the progressive loading mode is more uniform than that in the one-stage loading mode,which significantly improves the deformation stability of stiffened panel.
