摘 要:为了探究外载荷对DP980钢板激光弯曲成形边界效应的影响,采用有限元分析手段对无外载荷、施加两个大小相等以及大小不等的外载荷3种情况进行数值模拟,并计算了每种情况下板材弯曲角的相对变化率,以此来评价边界效应的大小。结果表明,在钢板自由端的两端点处分别施加一个垂直于钢板且朝向激光束方向的外载荷可改善激光弯曲成形的边界效应现象,且当两个外载荷均达到40 N时,边界效应的改善效果最明显。同时,钢板的平均弯曲角也随着外载荷的增大而增大,这表明外载荷的施加有利于提高钢板激光弯曲成形的效率。To explore the effect of external load on edge effect of laser bending forming of DP980 steel plate,finite element analysis was employed to simulate the three cases of no external load,two equal external loads and two unequal ones. The relative variation rate of the plate bending angle in each case was calculated to evaluate the edge effect. The results show that the edge effect of laser bending forming can be improved by applying an external load perpendicular to the steel plate and toward the laser beam at the two ends of the free end of the steel plate. The improvement effect of edge effect is the most obvious under two equal external loads of 40 N. At the same time,the average bending forming angle of steel plate increases with the increase of external load,which indicates that the application of external load is beneficial to improving the laser bending forming efficiency of the steel plate.
