摘  要:针对航空发动机用薄壁细长轴零件内孔直径超差问题,提出了一种旋转锻造校形工艺。以大深径比细长轴为研究对象,通过旋转锻造的方法对内孔直径超差的不合格零件进行校形。设计了细长轴旋转锻造工艺参数和流程。通过有限元模拟的方法确定了适合不合格零件的径缩量,研究了管料缩径过程中的金属流动规律。基于模拟获得的参数,对航空发动机用薄壁细长轴进行旋转锻造校形实验,得到能满足再次深孔加工要求的细长轴。模拟结果表明,航空发动机用薄壁细长轴的径缩量为1.5 mm时,内孔直径为Φ22.53 mm,满足设计要求;实验结果表明,径缩量为1.5 mm时,内孔直径为Φ22.68 mm,最大直线度误差为0.068 mm,满足零件的再制造要求,旋锻加工后硬度提升3.6%,不影响零件使用。A rotary forging correcting process was proposed for the errors of the inner hole diameter of the thin-walled slender shaft for aeroengine. Taking the large depth-to-diameter slender shaft as research object,the unqualified parts with poor inner hole diameter was corrected by means of rotary forging. The process parameters and flow chart of the slender shaft rotary forging were designed. The diameter shrinkage amount of the unqualified parts was determined by the finite element simulation method and the metal flow in the tube shrinkage process was studied. Based on the parameters obtained by simulation,the rotary forging correction experiment of the thin-walled slender shaft for aeroengine was carried out. The slender shaft that met the requirements of the deep hole machining was obtained. The simulation results show that when the diameter shrinkage amount of thin-walled slender shaft for aeroengine is 1. 5 mm,the diameter amount of the inner hole is Φ22. 53 mm,which meets the design requirements;the experiment results show that the diameter of the inner hole isΦ22. 68 mm when the diameter shrinkage amount is 1. 5 mm. The maximum straightness error is 0. 068 mm,which meets the remachining requirements. The hardness after rotary forging is increased by 3. 6%,which does not affect the use of the part.
