摘  要:进行了QP980钢在不同变形模式下的力学性能和相含量测试。结果表明:QP980钢的应变诱发马氏体相变行为强烈地依赖变形模式。不同变形模式下相变行为的不同造成了微观组织成分的差异,最终导致了硬化行为的不同。板材变形过程与其微观组织转变相关,而奥氏体转变过程又依赖于变形过程的加载方式,材料力学行为具有宏微观耦合的特点。用传统的Mises屈服方程及等向强化模型不能很好地描述QP980钢的屈服行为,产生这种现象的本质原因是不同变形模式下马氏体相变的速度不同。与Mises和Hill’s 1948屈服轨迹相比,使用Verma屈服轨迹能更好地描述QP980钢在线性加载条件下的屈服轨迹演化规律。The mechanical properties and phase content of QP980 steel under different deformation modes were tested. The results show that the behavior of strain induced martensitic phase transformation of QP980 steel is strongly dependent on the deformation mode. The different phase transformation behaviors under different deformation modes lead to the difference of microstructure composition and finally result in different hardening behaviors. The deformation process of plate is related to the microstructure transformation,and the austenite transformation depends on the loading mode of the deformation process. The mechanical behaviors of material are macro-micro coupled.Traditional Mises yield function and isotropic hardening model can not describe the yield behavior of QP980 steel well. The essential reason for this phenomenon is the different martensitic phase transformation rates under different deformation modes. Compared with Mises and Hill’s 1948 yield trajectories,the Verma yield trajectory provides a better description of the yield trajectory evolution of QP980 steel under the condition of linear loading.
