摘 要:采用退火工艺对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了910~1000℃温度下的热处理试验,获得了该合金不同热处理温度下α和β的相比例、晶粒尺寸的变化规律。在AG 250KNE型拉伸试验机上对不同热处理状态下的试样进行超塑性拉伸试验,分别得到了该合金在温度为800℃,应变速率为5×10^-3、10^-3和5×10^-4s^-1时的真应力-应变曲线,计算了该合金不同热处理工艺下的应变速率敏感性指数m值,揭示了α和β的相比例在超塑性变形过程中的调节作用。结果表明:该合金经过退火处理后,其伸长率显著提高。当α和β的相比例接近50%,晶粒尺寸约为19.35μm时,其超塑性伸长率达到最大值,为867%。The heat treatment test of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy at 910-1000 ℃ was conducted by annealing process. The changing laws of the αand β phase ratio and grain size of the alloy at different heat treatment temperatures were obtained. Superplastic tensile tests of the sample at different heat treatment states were conducted on AG 250 KNE tensile machine. The true stress-strain curves of the alloy at 800 ℃ and strain rate of 5 × 10^-3,10^-3 and 5 × 10^-4 s^-1 were obtained,the strain rate sensitivity index m under different heat treatment conditions was calculated,and the regulating effect of the α and β phase ratio during superplastic deformation was revealed. The results show that the elongation of the alloy is significantly increased after annealing treatment. When the α and β phase ratio is close to 50% and the grain size is 19. 35 μm,the superplastic elongation reaches the maximum value of 867%.
