摘　　要：针对牦牛绒机织面料开发难度较高的现状,阐述了一种原色牦牛绒大衣呢的开发关键技术,通过对产品开发过程中的纺纱、织造、后整理等工序进行重点技术攻关,在保证纤维特性的同时,在产品风格方面实现了较大突破。生产实践表明,原色牦牛绒大衣呢产品具有无需染色、节能降耗、绿色环保的特点,充分发挥了牦牛绒纤维吸湿、保暖、柔韧、舒适的特性,最终产品手感滑糯、色泽自然、风格独特,为产品的推广奠定了良好的基础。In order to solve the development difficulty of yak woven fabric,the key technology of yak overcoat with primary color was introduced.Based on the research on the process of spinning,knitting and finishing,great breakthrough was made in the product style,while the characteristics of the fiber was ensured.It is found that the primary color of yak overcoat product has the characteristics of no dyeing,energy saving and environmentally friendly,and the yak cashmere fiber′s moisture absorption,warmth,flexibility and comfort are fully utilized.The final product feels smooth,waxy,natural in color,and unique in style.It lays a good foundation for the promotion of the product.
