毛织物芳香抗菌复合整理工艺及其性能研究

摘　　要：为了解决羊毛织物抗菌持久性和芳香持久性问题,用浸轧法对羊毛织物进行芳香抗菌复合整理,并进一步研究了复合整理后羊毛织物的芳香持久性能和抗菌性能。研究结果表明,浸轧法对羊毛织物芳香整理的最佳工艺为:微胶囊质量浓度80 g/L,黏合剂质量浓度20 g/L,整理温度40℃,整理时间40 min,焙烘温度140℃;抗菌整理的最佳工艺为:抗菌剂质量浓度70 g/L,交联剂质量浓度60 g/L,整理时间20 min,焙烘温度150℃。经过芳香整理的羊毛织物在静置30天内没有明显变化,具有良好的静置持久性,但水洗5次后芳香浓度开始下降。经过抗菌整理的羊毛织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率高达99.99%,水洗20次后抑菌率仍然分别高达99.99%、98.80%,具有优良的抗菌和耐水洗性能。In order to solve the problem of antibacterial durability and fragrance durability of wool fabrics,the odor and antibacterial properties of wool fabric were further studied by means of dip rolling method.The results show that the best processing technology for wool fabric fragrance finishing by dip rolling method is as follow:microcapsule mass concentration is 80 g/L,adhesive mass concentration is 20 g/L,finishing temperature is 40℃,finishing time is 40 min,baking temperature is 140℃.The optimal process of antibacterial finishing is as follow:the mass concentration of antibacterial agent is 80 g/L,the mass concentration of cross-linking agent is 60 g/L,the finishing time is 40 min,and the stretching temperature is 150℃.The wool fabric treated with fragrance has no obvious change within 30 days on standing,that means a good standing durability.However,the fragrance concentration tends to decrease after washing for 5 times.The antibacterial properties of the antibacterial finishing wool fabric are 99%both to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli,and the antibacterial properties of the wool fabric still reach up to 99.99%and 98.80%respectively after 20 times of washing.The wool fabric after finishing has good antibacterial and water-resistant properties.
