摘 要:羊毛经过漂白才能达到染浅色的标准,羊毛纤维采用漂染一浴一步法可以缩短工艺流程,并且提高纤维的品质。实验分别采用对漂白剂最敏感的蓝色相金属络合染料兰纳洒脱蓝2-R与弱酸性染料弱酸性蓝RAW,研究漂染一浴工艺中漂白剂过氧化氢用量、氧漂稳定剂用量和保温温度对漂白和染色的影响以及交互影响,完成了对漂染一浴一步法工艺的优化。得到兰纳洒脱蓝2-R的最优工艺是:兰纳洒脱蓝2-R用量0.05%(owf),过氧化氢体积浓度60 mL/L,氧漂稳定剂体积浓度30 mL/L,染色温度90℃;弱酸蓝性RAW的最优工艺是:弱酸性蓝RAW染料用量0.05%(owf),过氧化氢体积浓度10 mL/L,氧漂稳定剂体积浓度12 mL/L,染色温度80℃。将2种染料一浴一步法得到羊毛颜色与二浴法羊毛颜色进行比较,发现弱酸性蓝RAW的色差较大,为3级,兰纳洒脱蓝2-R的色差在5级以内。Wool is bleached to reach the standard of light-colored dyeing,wool fibers were dyed by one bath one step to shorten the process and improve the quality of the fiber.The blue phase metal complex dye lanaselam 2-R and weak acid dye weak acid blue raw were used respectively,the effects of hydrogen peroxide amount of bleaching agent,oxygen bleaching stabilizer amount and heat preservation temperature on bleaching and dyeing in one-bath bleaching and dyeing process were studied,orthogonal experiment was designed,the optimization of one-bath one-step bleaching and dyeing process was completed.The optimal process to obtain lanner aslan 2-R is:the dosage of lanner aslan 2-R is 0.05%(owf),the dosage of bleaching agent hydrogen peroxide is 60 mL/L,the dosage of oxygen bleaching stabilizer is 30 mL/L,and the dyeing temperature is 90℃;the optimal process for weak acid blue raw is:weak acid blue raw dye dosage is 0.05%(owf),hydrogen peroxide dosage is 10 mL/L,oxygen bleaching stabilizer dosage is 12 mL/L,dyeing temperature is 80℃.Compared with the two-bath method,the color difference of weak acid blue is three,the chromatic aberration of metallic complex blue is within five levels.
