摘 要:针对羊绒长度缺少标准的仪器化测量问题,研制出一台测量羊绒长度的新仪器—双须光电法羊绒测长仪1.0版,通过该仪器测量羊绒纤维长度并与GB 18267—2013《山羊绒》方法进行对比。结果表明:二者根数频率分布规律整体一致,一致性较高。通过对根数加权平均长度、短绒率、长度频率分布等指标的差异率分析,找出了部分样品测试结果偏倚较大的原因:主要有双须法目光判色不准引起的误差、被新仪器忽略的长度5~7mm短绒误差,及试样本身的差异所引起的误差。In response to the lack of standard instrumental measurement of cashmere length,the team independently developed a new instrument for measuring the length of cashmere-the double whisker photoelectric method cashmere length gauge version 1.0.The instrument was taken to test cashmere length,which was compared with the experimental data obtained by the center′s manual row test method specified in GB 18267—2013“Cashmere”.The results show that the frequency distribution of the fibers tested by the double whisker method is consistent with that of the hand row method.The consistency of the two test methods is relatively high.The feasibility of the double whisker method for measuring cashmere length is very high,hence this method has advantages of simple,fast and stable and so on.Meanwhile,by analyzing the difference ratios of the weighted average length,fluff rate,and length-frequency distribution of the fibers,the reasons for the bias in the test results of some samples are found:the mainly reasons are the error caused by the inaccurate color discrimination during the double whisker test,the error caused by a neglect to the short 5-7mm short pile by the 1.0 version,and the sample difference between the two measurement methods.The research provides the direction for the next improvement of the double whisker photoelectric cashmere length meter version 1.0.
