摘  要:本文研究了基于西门子技术路线的兴安直流线路保护策略,指出在单极金属回线方式下,现有保护策略不严谨,在发生非运行极线路故障的情况下,起动本不应该出口的非运行极纵差保护,而运行极保护未配置针对非运行极线路故障的快速保护策略,导致非运行极线路故障无法迅速切除。本文分析了一次兴安直流单极金属回线运行时发生的非运行极线路故障事件,进一步验证直流线路保护策略存在隐患,并针对非运行极直流纵差保护闭锁和运行极保护的采样回路提出逻辑优化意见。This paper studies DC line protection strategy of Xing-an HVDC project based on siemens technical route,and points out that under metallic return line,the existing protection strategy is not rigorous.In the case of non-operating pole line fault,longitudinal differential protection of non-operating pole starts which should not be exported,while the operating pole protection is not equipped with quick protection strategy for Non-operating pole line fault.The non-operating pole line fault cannot be removed quickly.This paper analyzes a Xing-an DC non-operating pole line fault event under metallic return line and further verifies the hidden danger of DC line protection strategy,and proposes the relative logic optimization suggestions of the sampling circuit of non operating pole DC differential protection blocking and operating pole protection.
