丹参舒心胶囊在不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察丹参舒心胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法94例UAP患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47)。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用丹参舒心胶囊(每粒装0.18 g,2粒/次,3/d),1个月为一疗程,均治疗1个疗程。治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)],血流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、血沉);采用SF-36量表评价患者生活质量,并记录不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、血沉降低,HDL-C较治疗前增高,SF-36量表中生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能的评分较治疗前增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、全血黏度、血浆黏度,SF-36量表中生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能改善更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为85.1%,显著高于对照组的63.8%(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应出现。结论丹参舒心胶囊治疗UAP合并2型糖尿病安全且有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danshen Shuxin Capsules on unstable angina pectoris(UAP)complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods UAP patients(n=94)were divided,according to random digital table,into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).The control group was given routine treatment and observation group was additionally given Danshen Shuxin Capsules(0.18 g in each capsule,2 capsules per time and 3 times a day)for 1 month.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,blood fat indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)],and hemorrheologic indexes[whole blood viscosity(WBV),plasma viscosity,hematocrit(Hct)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)]were compared between 2 groups.The quality of life was reviewed by using MOS 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After treatment the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,WBV,plasma viscosity,Hct and ESR decreased and level of HDL-C increased in 2 groups.The scores of physiological function,body pain,general healthy,vitality and social function in SF-36 scale increased in 2 groups(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,WBV,plasma viscosity,and scores of physiological function,body pain and social function in SF-36 scale were improved more significantly in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 85.1%in observation group and 63.8%in control group(P<0.05),and there were no significant adverse reactions observed in 2 groups.Conclusion Danshen Shuxin Capsules is safe and effective in treatment of UAP complicated by T2DM.
