摘 要:针对回收煤柱工作面过横川存在的片帮、冒顶隐患,考虑安全性、煤质、材料消耗3个因素,确定堆煤胶结充填方案,选用无机缓凝注浆材料,满足裂隙扩散流动性和强度需求。结果表明:堆煤胶结充填方式填实程度良好,回采期间发现煤块与浆体胶结良好,未发生片帮、冒顶现象,工作面顺利通过横川。In view of the hidden danger of spalling and roof fall in the working face of recovery coal pillar passing through Hengchuan,considering the three factors of safety,coal quality and material consumption,the cemented filling scheme of coal stacking is determined,and the inorganic retarding grouting material is selected to meet the demand of fracture diffusion fluidity and strength.The results show that the coal-filling cementing filling method has a good degree of filling.During the mining,it was found that the coal block and the slurry were well cemented,and there was no chipping or roofing,and the working face passed through Hengchuan smoothly.
