摘 要:为突破传统的硬岩掘进方式,提高劳动效率,减小劳动强度,通过实现掘进机机载临时支护,施工过程中形成了从设备选型到安装配套及后期的切割、支护、除尘工艺为一体的掘进系统,并根据综掘机施工实际截割情况,更改巷道掘进断面。通过现场实际施工,此系统具备硬岩快速掘进施工要求,实现了硬岩的高效、安全、快速掘进。To break through the traditional way of hard rock drivage,improve labor efficiency,reduce labor intensity,by implementing machine airborne temporary support,formed in the process of construction from equipment selection to form a complete set of installation and later cut,supporting and dust removal technology as one of the driving system,and according to the actual construction of the comprehensive tunneling machine cutting conditions,change the drivage section.Through the actual construction,the system has the requirements of hard rock rapid excavation construction,and realizes the high efficiency,safety and rapid excavation of hard rock.
