摘  要:目的探讨体感互动游戏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者平衡功能的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年6月至2020年5月在某院呼吸内科住院的66例AECOPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施体感互动游戏干预。评价并比较两组患者的患者平衡功能[采用简洁版平衡评定系统测试(brief balance evaluation systems test,Brief-BESTest)]、炎症水平[测定C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)和降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)]及住院天数。结果干预后,观察组Brief-BESTest评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后,两组患者的炎性因子水平均较干预前降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但两组患者炎性因子水平变化程度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者住院天数的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论体感互动游戏有助于提高AECOPD患者的平衡功能,且不会加重炎症反应或延长住院时间。Objective To explore the effects of somatosensory interactive games on the balance function of those patients who were in the acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 66 AECOPD patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory Medicine in one hospital from June 2019 to May 2020.A random number table method was conducted to divide patients into the control group(n=33) and the observation group(n=33).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given somatosensory interactive game intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The brief balance evaluation systems test(Brief BESTest) was used to assess the patients’ balance function,and the c-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) were used to evaluate the patients’ inflammation level. Days of hospitalization of each patient were also recorded.Results After the intervention,the Brief BESTest scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The post-intervention inflammatory factor levels of both groups were significantly lower than those levels before the intervention(allP<0.05).However,the pre-post changes in inflammatory factor levels between the two groups did not show significant differences(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the days of hospitalization between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Somatosensory interactive games can improve the balance function of AECOPD patients without exacerbating inflammation reaction and prolonging their days of hospitalization.
