摘  要:目的探讨虚拟现实技术在儿童感染伤口换药中的应用方法及其效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年11月至2020年1月在重庆市某三级甲等儿童医院伤口门诊就诊的感染伤口患儿96例为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将其分为对照组和观察组各48例,在换药过程中分别给予手机视频干预和虚拟视频干预,评价并比较两组患儿干预前及干预第1~3天伤口换药的疼痛评分、心率、换药时长及不良反应。结果干预前,两组患儿的基线资料差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预第1~3天,观察组换药中疼痛评分、伤口清创心率与换药时长均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组在换药中疼痛评分、伤口清创心率,伤口包扎心率与换药时长方面,存在组间、时间及两者交互效应(均P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术可减轻儿童感染伤口换药疼痛,缩短换药时长,且安全可靠。值得在临床实践中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effects of virtual reality on wound dressing changes for those children with infected wounds.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 96 children with infected wounds who visited the wound outpatient clinic in a tertiary children hospital in Chongqing from Novem ber 2019 to January 2020.Participants were divided into the control group(48 children)and the observation group(48 children)according to their visiting time.When receiving wound dressing changes,the control group was intervened with a mobile phone video,while the observation group was intervened with virtual video.The pain scores,heart rate.duration of dressing change,and adverse reactions of the children from the two groups were assessed and compared before the intervention and on the 1st to 3rd days after the intervention.Results There were no statistical differences in the baseline data between the two groups before the intervention(all P>0.05).The pain scores and heart rate of the children,and duration of dressing change in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group on the 1st to 3rd days after the intervention(all P<0.05).There were inter group effect,time effect,and the interaction effect between the two groups in pain scores,heart rate of wound debridement and dressing,and duration of dressing change(all P<0.05).Conclusions Virtual reality can reduce the pain of children with infected wounds and shorten the time of wound dressing change.In addition,virtual reality is both safe and reliable.and worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
