COPD个案管理师准入标准及角色职能指标体系的构建研究

摘　　要：目的构建科学合理的COPD个案管理师准入标准和角色职能体系,为COPD个案管理师的发展提供依据。方法采用文献分析法、小组讨论和Delphi法确立COPD个案管理师准入标准和角色职能体系,应用层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果第1、2轮函询专家均为16名,两轮问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.882,0.890,Kendall协调系数分别为0.462.0.435和0.149.0.135(均P<0.01)。最终形成的COPD个案管理师准入标准体系包括4个一级指标、14个二级指标、43个三级指标,角色职能体系包括7个一级指标、20个二级指标、39个三级指标。结论本研究专家积极性和权威程度高,意见协调程度好,构建的COPD个案管理师准入标准及角色职能体系内容系统、全面,对COPD个案管理师的筛选及工作开展提供了一定的科学参考价值。Objective To construct a set of scientific and reasonable access standards and role function system of COPD case managers,so as to provide the basis for the development of COPD case managers.Methods Base on literature analysis,group discussion and Delphi method,the criteria and role function system of COPD case manager was established,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was adopted to determine the weights of indicators of all level.Results There were 16 experts took part in two rounds of consultation,and the response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%;the authority coefficients were 0.882 and 0.890,respectively;Kendall coefficients of concordance were 0.462,0.435,0.149 and 0.135.respectively(all P<0.01).The final access standards system included 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators;and the final role function system included 7 first level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.Conclusions The expert enthusiasm and authority of this study are high,and their opinions are well coordinated.The content of the standard and role function system of the COPD case manager is systematic and comprehensive,which provides a certain scientific reference value for the selection and work of the COPD case manager.
