摘　　要：目的开发基于临床决策支持系统多问题多点支持型的智能护理交班系统,以辅助临床护士交接班时高效获取准确的信息,提升交接班质量。方法运用现况调查、文献查询、专家论证等方法构建临床护士交接班知识库与人机交互方案,与工程师共同完成系统的开发,测试、上线,实施后通过问卷调查、现场询问、统计分析等方式评价系统的应用效果。结果临床决策支持系统智能护理交班系统应用后,护士书写交班报告的时间与应用前比较缩短,交班报告的书写合格率提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);护士对智能交班系统满意度较高,交班体验好。结论智能护理交班系统的应用有利于提高护士交班信息的质量及交班效率.提升交班满意度,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To develop an intelligent nursing shift system based on clinical decision support system,which can help clinical nurses obtain accurate information efficiently and improve the quality of shift handover.Methods Using the methods of current investigation,literature inquiry,expert demonstration and other methods,the clinical nurse shift knowledge base and human-computer interaction program were constructed.The system was developed,tested and launched with engineers.After implementation,the application effect of the system was evaluated through questionnaire survey,on-site inquiry and statistical analysis.Results After the application of intelligent nursing shift system, the time for nurses to write shift report was shortened compared with that before application, and the writing qualified rate of shift handover report was improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 orP<0.01). The nurses were satisfied with the intelligent shift handover system and had a good shift handover experience.Conclusions The intelligent nursing shift system can improve the quality and efficiency of shift information,improve the satisfaction degree of nurses,and realize the clinical decision support of multi-point and multi problem to assist nurses in shift handover.
