摘  要:根据甘薯糖蛋白易溶于水的性质,以水为浸提剂提取,经DEAE-22纤维素离子交换柱层析和Sephadex G-150葡聚糖凝胶柱层析得糖蛋白纯品。在此基础上,测定了蛋白质和多糖的含量,分析了氨基酸的组成、糖苷键类型,结果表明,甘薯糖蛋白中糖含量为75.1%,蛋白含量为23.9%,含有人体所必需的7种氨基酸,含有α-糖苷键。We extracted glycoprotein from sweet potato by using water as agent based on its water-soluble property,and harvested purified sample based on DEAE-22 cellulose ion exchange column chromatography and Sephadex G-150 glucan gel column chromatography.Furthermore,we detected the content of polysaccharide and protein,analyzed the composition of amino acid,the type of glycosidic bond and found that the content of polysaccharide and protein were 75.1%and 23.9%respectively.The glycoprotein contained seven amino acids that are essential for human body andα-glycosidic bond.
