摘　　要：对高职食品检测专业在“三全育人”理念下落实课程思政进行了探讨。从加强师资队伍建设、重视入学教育、深化教学改革、构建评价激励机制等方面着手,充分推进“课程思政”与完善“三全育人”体系,发挥好专业课程的育人作用,全面提高人才培养质量,落实立德树人根本任务,为祖国培养社会主义接班人。This paper discussed the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics education of food testing specialty in higher vocational college under the concept of“three-wide education”.It aimed to fully promote the“courses ideological and political education”and“three-wide education”by strengthening the construction of teaching staff,the entrance education,teaching reform,and building incentive mechanism.It tried to help play full education role of professional course,comprehensively improve the quality of graduates,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtuous people and train socialist successors for China.
