摘　　要：针对在更换滚珠丝杠副的新滚珠过程中滚珠容易掉落出来和进入两个反向器之间的技术难题,研制了一种新型滚珠丝杠副装配与调试设备。螺母与丝杠在旋合过程中要始终保持同轴心状态,使丝杠与螺母的滚道保持一致。该设备主要由两个V形座、两个调节板、两个支撑板和滑动导轨组成,利用调节板的垂直移动和沿T形槽的水平移动来调整两个V形座的位置,使丝杠与螺母的轴心线重合。该设备操作方便,定位精度高,解决了滚珠丝杠生产厂家和滚珠丝杠维修人员的技术难题。In order to solve the technical problem that the balls easily fall out and enter the two reversers during the process of replacing the new balls of the ball screw pair,a new type of assembly and debugging equipment for the ball screw pair is developed.The nut and the screw always maintain a concentric state during the screwing process,so that the raceway of the screw and the nut is consistent.The equipment is mainly composed of two V-shaped seats,two adjusting plates,two supporting plates and sliding guide rails.The vertical movement of the adjusting plate and the horizontal movement along the T-shaped groove are used to adjust the positions of the two V-shaped seats so that the axis of the screw and the nut coincide.The equipment is easy to operate and has high positioning accuracy,which solves the technical problems of ball screw manufacturers and ball screw maintenance personnel.
