摘　　要：针对目前电动钻机系统设备数量多且复杂、作业区域偏僻且分散、钻探公司管理单位很难及时掌握作业钻机各系统设备实时运行情况的问题,研制钻机信息服务系统,实时检测钻机关键设备的运行情况,并将信息远程传输至后台钻探公司监测单元,实现实时数据监测、数据异常报警、故障诊断、维护保养提示等功能,为钻探公司管理单位远程集中管理和决策提供信息支持。有利于迅速解决钻机现场出现的问题,提高钻井效率,保证钻机安全可靠运行,创造良好的经济效益。Aiming at the problem that the current electric drilling rig system equipment is large and complex,the operation area is remote and scattered,it is difficult for the management unit of the drilling company to grasp the real-time operation of the equipment of the operation drilling rig in time,this paper develops a drilling rig information service system.The operation status of key equipment of the drilling rig is detected in real time,and the information is remotely transmitted to the back-end drilling company monitoring unit to realize real-time data monitoring,data abnormal alarm,fault diagnosis,maintenance prompts and other functions,and provide information support for remote centralized management and decision-making of the drilling company management unit.It is helpful to quickly solve the problems that occur on the drilling rig site,improve the drilling efficiency,ensure the safe and reliable operation of the drilling rig,and create good economic benefits.
