摘　　要：陈秀华教授在传承岭南陈氏针法的基础上,结合自身经验,形成了独具特色的治疗神经根型颈椎病的诊疗方法,其以分经、分型辨证为核心,以刺血疗法改善局部循环,加快组织修复,配合针刺,从整体立足,提高疗效。同时强调治疗过程中治神、守神和治疗过后养神的重要性,将形和神相结合,其经验对神经根型颈椎病的治疗有借鉴意义。笔者通过师从陈秀华教授,观察其临证治疗的辨证思路、治疗手法、治疗处方、治法特点等,对其进行分析归纳和总结,以飨同道学习和探讨。On the basis of inheriting Lingnan CHEN’s acupuncture and combining with her own experience,Professor CHEN Xiuhua has formed a unique treatment method for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Based on meridian and syndrome differentiation,it has used blood pricking therapy,which improves local circulation and accelerates the repair of tissue,and acupuncture,which stands on the entirety,to improve curative effect.At the same time,it also emphasizes the importance of treating the spirit,keeping the spirit and taking good care of the spirit during and after the treatment.Professor CHEN’s experience may be of certain reference significance for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.By studying from Professor CHEN,the author has observed and has summarized the dialectical thinking,treatment methods,treatment prescription,treatment characteristics,etc.,so as to learn and discuss.
