真武汤加减治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良症合并心力衰竭疗效病案分析

摘　　要：Duchenne型肌营养不良症是少见病、罕见病,疾病发展至后期并发症严重,尚无西医确切治疗方案,本病案从祖国医学范畴对Duchenne型肌营养不良症伴发心力衰竭进行辨证,该患者症状较严重,发病急,中医认为其主要病机为脾肾阳虚,温化水气不利,运用真武汤加减温阳化气利水,取得效果显著,控制了Duchenne型肌营养不良临床伴发心肺衰竭患者临床症状的进展。Duchenne型肌营养不良症合并心力衰竭患者中,根据临床辨证,可采用真武汤辅助治疗为临床提供中医替代疗法思路。Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD)is a kind of rare diseases and progresses to severe complications at the later stage without exact drug-effectof western medicine.From a new field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)perspective,this article conducted a dialectical diagnosis of DMD accompanied with heart failure during its treatment.As the patient has had severe symptoms,acute onset and generalized edema,TCM considers that the main pathogenesis is the deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang,which is unfavorable for warming Yang and diuretic,Zhenwu Decoction has the function of warming Yang for diuresis,it has helped improve the clinical symptoms of this patients andachieve significant clinical results.Dialectical treatment on DMD patients with heart failure according to clinical syndromes,Zhenwu Decoction adjuvant therapy can provide Chinese medicine alternative therapy ideas for DMD treatment.
