中医辨证施护联合电针治疗对围绝经期妇女压力性尿失禁疗效及TGF-β1与CTGF表达影响

摘　　要：目的:分析中医辨证施护联合电针治疗对围绝经期妇女压力性尿失禁(SUI)疗效及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)表达影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年2月间在本院接受治疗的围绝经期SUI患者134例,随机数字表法分成对照组(67例)行电针治疗,观察组(67例)在对照组基础上行中医辨证施护;观察患者临床疗效、盆底肌肉张力、生活质量、尿失禁量和血清TGF-β1、CTGF含量情况。结果:观察组、对照组患者总的有效率分别为86.57%、67.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者收缩持续时间、阴道收缩压和阴道静息压均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会障碍、影响社会心理及限制性行为得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组尿失禁量低于对照组,血清CTGF、TGF-β1含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护联合电针可改善围绝经期SUI患者盆底肌肉张力与血清CTGF、TGF-β1水平,提升生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with electro-acupuncture on stress urinary incontinence(SUI)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)expression for perimenopausal women.Methods:A total of 134 patients with perimenopausal SUI who underwent treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled.The randomized digital table method was divided into a controlled group(67 cases)and an observation group(67 cases).The controlled group was based on TCM syndrome differentiation.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle tone,quality of life,urinary incontinence and serum TGF-β1 and CTGF levels were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the controlled group were 86.57%and 67.16%(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients in the observation group had high contraction duration,vaginal systolic pressure and vaginal resting pressure.In the observation group(P<0.05),the scores of social disorder,psychosocial and restrictive behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The urinary incontinence in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group after treatment.The levels of serum CTGF and TGF-β1 of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation combined with electro-acupuncture can improve the pelvic floor muscle tension and serum CTGF,TGF-β1 levels in perimenopausal SUI patients,and improve the quality of life.
