摘 要:为研究发动机冷却风扇在导风罩中的插入量对流场的影响,建立9种不同插入量的系统模型,并采用S TAR-C C M+软件进行仿真分析,获得散热器进出口表面的平均风速、平均风压以及散热系统及其子部件表面的平均声功率级。结果表明,随着风扇插入量的增加:散热器组件及其各子散热器的进口风速曲线整体均呈"上凹型",即风速先降低,再增大;散热器组件及其各子散热器的出口风速和进口风压曲线整体均呈下降趋势,且变化规律完全相同,表明散热器出口风速与散热器进口风压成正比;散热系统声功率级增加,辐射噪声能力增强,气动系统效率降低,这主要与导风罩内湍流不断增强,导风罩声功率级增大有关。In order to study the influence of insertion amount of engine cooling fan in wind guide hood on flow field, 9 system models with different insertion amounts are established, and STAR-CCM+ software is used for simulation analysis to obtain average wind speed and average wind pressure on the inlet and outlet surface of radiator, and average sound power level on the surface of cooling system and its sub-components. The results show that with the increase of fan insertion, the inlet wind speed curve of radiator assembly and its sub-radiator is "upward concave", that is, wind speed decreases firstly and then increases. The outlet wind speed and inlet wind pressure cur ves of radiator show a downward trend as a whole, and the change laws are exactly the same, which indicates that the outlet wind speed of radiator is proportional to the inlet wind pressure of radiator. The sound power level of cooling system increases, the radiation noise capability increases, and the efficiency of pneumatic system decreases, which is mainly related to the continuous enhancement of turbulence in the wind guide hood and the increase of sound power level of wind guide hood.
